2008 Time & Talent Commitment Form
Each household is asked to complete this form. It serves two important purposes: to update our current records and to invite you to share your time and talent. Help us update our records by completing the census information. Then, using the Ministry Handbook as a reference, indicate how you wish to share your time and talent by completing the Time and Talent Information. Please especially note the areas designated as Critical Needs. A parish representative will contact you to discuss your new ministry interest or acknowledge your continuing commitment.
