The Human Resources Committee was formed to provide human resource policy guidance and assistance to the Pastor and the Administrative Leadership of the parish. The areas and issues of primary focus and activity for the Committee have included the following:

• Employee Handbook Development and Review

• Employee Search and Selection Process

• Employee Compensation and Benefits

• Organization Design and Communications

• Performance Management and Employee Development

The Human Resources Committee is made up of volunteer parishioners who possess a variety of general administrative and human resources management experience. The committee also includes the Pastor and the Pastoral Associate for Administrative Services. The principal objective of the Committee is to attract and retain high quality employees through effective human resource policies and procedures.
