The Quad Parishes (St. Dominic-Brookfield, St. John Vianney-Brookfield, St. Mary-Elm Grove, and St Joseph-Wauwatosa) run a collaborative Adult Confirmation Program for Catholics who have received the Sacraments of Baptism and Eucharist.

The fifteen-session formation program begins in late October and culminates with the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation on Pentecost Sunday at the Cathedral.

Sessions Are:

  • Located at the four parishes on a rotating basis

Topics Covered:

  • Church Tour

  • Vocations:  Marriage and Holy Orders

  • Images of God

  • Incarnation, Salvation and the Infancy Narratives

  • The Church

  • Prayer and Spiritual Life

  • Introduction to Sacraments:  Anointing of the Sick and Initiation

  • Understanding the Mass

  • Scripture
